Obiettivi / Goals

In materia di sicurezza sul lavoro, la formazione dei dirigenti, così come definiti dall’articolo 2, comma 1, lettera d), del D.Lgs. n. 81/08, in riferimento a quanto previsto all’articolo 37, comma 7, del D. Lgs. n. 81/08 e in relazione agli obblighi previsti all’articolo 18 è stata definita dalla pubblicazione dell’Accordo Conferenza Permanente per i Rapporti tra lo Stato e le Regioni e le Province autonome di Trento e Bolzano del 21 dicembre 2011 pubblicato sulla G.U. n. 8 del 11 gennaio 2012 con entrata in vigore dal 26 gennaio 2012. La formazione per i suddetti dirigenti è formata da quattro moduli della durata di 4 ore ciascuno.  Questo è il primo dei moduli.

With regard to safety in the workplace, the training of managers, as defined in article 2, paragraph 1, letter d), of Legislative Decree no. 81/08, with reference to the provisions of article 37, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree no. 81/08 and in relation to the obligations provided for in Article 18 was defined by the publication of the Permanent Conference Agreement for Relations between the State and the Regions and Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano of 21 December 2011 published in the Official Gazette. n. 8 of 11 January 2012 with entry into force on 26 January 2012. The training for the aforementioned managers consists of four modules lasting 4 hours each. This is the first of the modules.
