ISO 9001:2015 certification
Frareg is also certified under the ISO 9001:2015 standard for the design and delivery of training courses, consultancy on corporate management systems (quality, environment, and safety), occupational health and safety, as well as the planning and management of activities in the field of occupational medicine. The certification also covers services related to privacy and data security. In addition, it includes technical assessments on safety and environmental matters, as well as the provision of online training and information services.

ISO 14001:2015 certification

In 2019, Frareg achieved ISO 45001 certification for its Occupational Health and Safety Management System, further strengthening the company’s commitment to protecting the health and safety of its employees and external stakeholders.
UNI/PdR 125:2022 gender equality certification
As evidence of its commitment to adopting policies aimed at reducing gender disparities in the workplace—promoting equal pay, equal opportunities for access and career development, and the protection of parenthood—Frareg has obtained the gender equality certification in accordance with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification
Since 2024, Frareg has been certified under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard, the international benchmark for information security management. This certification demonstrates the company’s commitment to data protection and privacy, ensuring secure processes in line with international best practices.
Legality rating
In 2020, Frareg was awarded the Legality Rating with the maximum score of “three stars,” confirming its compliance with the principles of legality and the proper management of its business activities
Organizational model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001
Frareg has also adopted and implemented an Organization, Management, and Control Model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001. This model includes a Code of Ethics that applies to all individuals who are part of or collaborate with the organization: from management to employees, as well as trainers and external professionals.
