Useful information

Course prices include a half-day coffee break but does not include meals or overnight stays. Since the courses are closed, the acceptance of the participants takes place in chronological order from the receipt of the registration forms. In the event of full-time reception, Frareg will contact the customer to propose a new session. A week before the course will be sent the confirmation of registration with all the information about the course.

Frareg reserves the possibility of postponing a course for not reaching a minimum quorum that will guarantee the effectiveness of teaching. It will contact the customer via mail or telephone to provide you with a new date for the course.

Frareg reserves the right to change the training hours and the course address within one week before the beginning of the course.


Fees must be paid in advance of the course start date. Whatever your payment method, please indicate exactly as a payment reason the code and date of the course to which you are signing and send a copy of the payment by email ( or by fax to the number 0232066617.

Special payment terms are reserved for those who are already Frareg customers.

The cancellation must be made within 5 days of the beginning of the course. If no communication or communication is too late, Frareg will invoice the registration fee in full. Replacements can be made to the participant’s name at any time prior to the start date of the course.

Release of training course certificate 

The certificate of participation in training courses will be issued only if 90% of the course hours are followed (any absentee days can be retrieved in subsequent sessions) and will be issued upon payment of the course,

Payment by bank transfer or postal account must be confirmed by the customer through a copy of the accountant.Issuance of certificates duplicates costs 20.00+ VAT CAD.

For on-line courses activation

  • Fill out the Inscription_courses_ON-LINE Form
  • Send the registration form to
  • After the form is received, the course will be activated and a confirmation email will be sent (together with the platform user manual and a credential file with access to the e-learning platform)
  • Access to the platform will expire after 60 days
