I believe the website is very intuitive and easy to use. If possible, I would suggest implementing the ability to open all certificates next to the employee’s name (similar to how it already works for online courses). Additionally, since we often transfer employees from one location to another, it would be great to have the option to move employees between locations independently, without needing to inform you every time.

Apart from that, I think the portal is truly well-structured and user-friendly.
