CECOA
CECOA - Centro de Formaçăo para o Comércio e Afins (Vocational Training Centre for the Trade) was created by a protocol signed in July 1986 between the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (public entity depending on the Ministry of Labour) and the Confederation of Trade and Services of Portugal (social partner playing an important role in policy measures towards SME’s from the trade and services sector). The aim of CECOA is to promote educational activities and vocational training, including the apprenticeship in the trade sector. CECOA has its head-office in Lisbon and two other branches in Oporto and Coimbra.

CECOA is an entity recognized by IQF (Institute for Training Quality, the national body responsible for insuring the VET quality and recognising quality training organisations in Portugal) and since 2005 CECOA´s Quality Management System is recognised under ISO 9001:2000.

Fields of Expertise: initial vocational training, continuous vocational training (traditional learning and distance learning) and training of trainers target in the trade and services sector, development of regional and sectoral studies regarding the need of innovation and the creation of referential tools for the sector and for the vocational training and co-ordination of national and European projects aiming to contribute to the investigation and conception of new models, too ls and methodologies focused on the training and learning needs of SME’s from the trade and services sector.

 

FO.FO.S Forum zur Förderung der Selbständigkeit
FO.FO.S - Forum for Supporting Self-Employment is a Non Profit Organisation structured as a network of experts participating in different projects with the aim of supporting founders, new self-employment, one-person-companies and small and medium sized enterprises.

FO.FO.S operates interdisciplinary and networks experts of the following fields:
- Business consulting, marketing, public relations, career counselling
- CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility
- Didactics, train-the-trainer, e-learning
- Social counselling

 

OÜ GEOMEDIA

Geomedia Consulting and Training Centre was established in 1998 as a privately owned company. Geomedia's mission is to contribute to the competitiveness and success of individuals, enterprises and organisations by giving them expert advice and promoting human capital .

Operating areas of Geomedia:
- Consultation and supervision – creating visions for the future, designing strategies, evaluation of results, implementation and management of changes. We help municipal governments and businesses to devise their development and sector plans, to make business and financial plans, applications for subsidies
- Training – strategic planning, management, teamwork, project management, communication psychology, self-development courses, customer service.
- Project Writing and Management – project supervision and moderation.
- Research – regional research, thematic research (methods, designing and carrying out questionnaires, analysing results, creating presentation materials).

 

LA VIDA
La Vida Oktató és Tanácsadó Kft. is a private company created in 2001. It’s aim is to help small businesses in their activities and to promote economic exchange between Hungary and Spain. At the moment the company counts with 5 employees and 6 stable extra workers. It operates a Spanish Training Centre and a Consultancy and Training Centre for small businesses.
The teaching method elaborated by La Vida Ltd. is a result of almost a decade of teaching Spanish to native Hungarians and it is based on the principle to learn to think in Spanish from the first language class. The teachers are native Spanish speakers.

The main activities of SPANISH LANGUAGE CENTRE are:
- General courses of Spanish as a foreign language
- Business Spanish courses
- Spanish and Latin-American civilization and culture
- Preparation for Spanish language examinations
- Translation and interpreting

The main activities of CONSULTANCY AND TRAINING CENTRE are:
- Human resource management and organisation development consultancy
- Management training and human resource management development programmes
- Supporting the development of international business relations

 

FRAREG
Established in 1989, Frareg is a ISO 9001 certified consulting company principally concerned with the integration of new competence into firm's values; one of our specializations – everthough not the only one – is counselling on the adjustment and optimization of the application of the new international and European body of law (i.e. safety concerned with work processes, total quality management, responsible environmental care, investments' facilities). Frareg consulting activities can be divided in six main sectors:

Safety (fire risk, CE labelling, emergency plans, BS 8800 standards, alimentary hygiene, HACCP, working medicine...),
- Quality (UNI EN ISO 9000 standards, health, automobile, military sector standards...),
- Environment (UNI EN ISO 14001 standards, audit and ecomanagement system...),
- Technics (noise, microclimatic, microbiological survey, atmosphere emissions...),
- Privacy (consulting in privacy and data security)
- CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility: Social Report, SA 8000 Certification, Cause-related Marketing, Code of Ethics, AccountAbility 1000, ...).


Aware about the fact that know-how implementation cannot take place without the inclusion of human resources, in 1997 Frareg created its training and development division – Frafor – which produces yearly more than 4.000 hours of professional training both in technical and in management system tools (i.e.: informative systems; comunication; costs analysis; marketing; dealing principles).

 

HUESKEN & DE PREE CONSULTANCY
We support and coach changing- and implementing processes for organisations mostly by organising training programs and seminars. These programs are always focussed on the daily situation of the organisation and aims to start with the changing process. In our approach we use a wide range of working methods and our own, in practise developed personal methods. One of the most effective models to start with changing actions or projects is the so called 'futuring process'.
We provide training sessions and study-days for enterprises, NGO's and individual people and advise you in project and changing management, organisation matters, employment orientation and personal development. Central in our approach is the individual person inside the company. So you! Because you makes the quality and the success of your organisation.
